Very Little Support

I created the folders on my NAS as shown in the App. I was able to sign into my NAS. But none of the files I added to those folders shows up in MediaShare. I located a question in Fipps blog with questions about where to put these videos, etc. The question was dated 2013. There was no answer in that thread. This utility will do me no good if I cannot see my files.
